Faulty Goods
If confirmed faulty, return postage up to three pounds is refunded.
Address or Delivery Issues

Who Is It For?

What is the difference between MTL, RDL, and DL styles?
MTL (Mouth-to-Lung): A tighter cigarette-like draw, lower wattage and higher resistance coils (e.g., 0.8–1.2 Ω). Best with 50/50 or nic salt e-liquids, and commonly found in compact pod vapes.
RDL (Restricted Direct-Lung): A looser draw than MTL but not fully open. Mid-power ranges (e.g., 20–35 W) with mid-resistance coils (around 0.3–0.8 Ω), balanced flavour and vapour.
DL (Direct-Lung): Open airflow for bigger clouds, higher power and lower resistance coils (typically <0.3 Ω). Suits high-VG e-liquids and more powerful hardware such as sub-ohm kits.

Compared with the V2, the V3 adds a larger colour display with GIF/JPG uploads, an upgraded chip for snappier firing and protections, and the new refillable pod option alongside the classic Dot tanks/RBAs. How do I refill the DotMod DotAIO V3 pod?
- Remove the pod from the device.
- Lift the silicone fill plug to expose the port.
- Fill slowly with e-liquid (avoid overfilling; ~80–90% full).
- Close the plug firmly and wipe any excess.
- Reinsert the pod, set wattage within the coil’s range, and let it sit 5–10 minutes to saturate before vaping.
Note Battery sold separately. Use only authentic, undamaged 18650 cells and follow proper battery safety at all times. Images shown are for illustration—final contents/finishes may vary slightly by batch.

Yes use legacy Dot tanks/RBAs. Boro tanks and boro rbas do not work with the dotAIO v3 unless the boro tanks comes with spare parts to make it work with dotmod products.
One high-quality 18650 (not included). Use a reputable charger and follow safe handling practices.
USB-C 5V/2A is supported. For best cell longevity, many users prefer an external charger.
