E liquids, tanks, vape kits, coils and pods cannot be returned once opened (unless faulty).
Faulty Goods
If confirmed faulty, return postage up to three pounds is refunded.
Address or Delivery Issues
Parcels returned due to incorrect address or refusal incur carrier fees. Missing parcels can only be checked after ten working days.

How the IVG PRO 5K Pod System Works
Each IVG PRO 5K refill uses two connected sections:
- 2ml prefilled pod containing the mesh coil
- 4ml prefilled refill container
Together, they provide 6ml of 20mg nicotine salt e-liquid.
- Push the 2ml pod into the 4ml refill container.
- Make sure both sections click securely together.
- Slide the connected refill system into the IVG PRO device.
- Allow the pod to settle if required.
- Inhale through the mouthpiece to vape.
The auto-fill system supplies e-liquid from the refill container into the pod as you use it, so there is no need for manual filling.
Mesh Coil Performance
The IVG PRO 5K uses a built-in mesh coil inside the prefilled pod. Mesh provides a broad heating surface to help vaporise the e-liquid evenly and maintain consistent flavour throughout the refill.
The coil is built directly into the pod, so there is no separate coil to remove or replace. Once the pod system is finished, replace the complete refill unit.
