You may cancel most online orders within 14 days. Items must be unopened and in original condition. Returns are sent at your cost.

E liquids, tanks, vape kits, coils and pods cannot be returned once opened (unless faulty).
Faulty Goods
If confirmed faulty, return postage up to three pounds is refunded.
Address or Delivery Issues
