You may cancel online orders within 14 days. Items must be unopened and in original condition. Unwanted orders must be returned at your cost.
Hygiene Rules
E liquids, tanks, vape kits, coils and pods cannot be returned once opened (unless faulty).
Faulty Goods
If confirmed faulty, return postage up to three pounds is refunded.
Address or Delivery Issues
Parcels returned due to incorrect address or refusal incur carrier fees. Missing parcels can only be checked after ten working days.
