Description - Reload AMMO Boro RBA
The Reload AMMO Boro RBA is a premium single-coil rebuildable atomiser from Reload Vapor USA, developed for experienced users of Boro-compatible vape devices. Combining a spacious dual-post build deck, a 4.5ml PCTG tank and an interchangeable airflow system, the AMMO gives rebuildable users plenty of control over their coil, airflow and overall vaping style.
Air enters through the upper side of the RBA before being routed down towards the base of the coil. This top-down airflow configuration directs air underneath and around the coil while helping reduce the likelihood of e-liquid escaping through conventional bottom airflow openings.
Four interchangeable airflow pins are supplied in 2.5mm, 3.0mm, 3.5mm and 4.0mm sizes, making the AMMO particularly suited to RDL and DTL vaping. A 510 adapter is also included, allowing the build deck to be fitted to a compatible 510 device or resistance reader while installing and checking a coil.
Reload AMMO Boro RBA Single-Coil Build Deck
The AMMO uses a dual-post single-coil build deck secured with Allen-head screws. Its relatively open build area provides room for a variety of rebuildable coil styles while keeping installation straightforward for experienced builders.
Once the coil leads have been secured, the included 510 adapter makes it easier to check resistance, identify potential shorts and prepare the coil before the RBA is installed in your Boro device.

Top-Down Airflow for Smooth Flavour
One of the defining features of the Reload AMMO RBA is its top-down airflow design. Air is drawn through the upper side of the atomiser and channelled down towards the build deck before travelling underneath and around the coil.
This gives the coil a concentrated supply of air while keeping the main airflow openings away from the bottom of the tank. The design is intended to provide a smooth draw, strong flavour reproduction and a more leak-resistant Boro setup when correctly built and wicked.
Four Interchangeable Airflow Pins
Rather than locking you into a single airflow configuration, Reload Vapor supplies the AMMO with four interchangeable airflow pins:
- 2.5mm – the most restricted of the included airflow options
- 3.0mm – restricted direct-to-lung airflow
- 3.5mm – a more open RDL to DTL draw
- 4.0mm – the most open airflow configuration included
The exact vaping experience will also depend on your coil, wattage, device and e-liquid, but the interchangeable pin system gives experienced users considerably more control over the final setup.
4.5ml PCTG Boro Tank
The Reload AMMO includes a transparent 4.5ml PCTG tank, making it easy to keep an eye on your remaining e-liquid. Filling is handled through a silicone-sealed fill opening for straightforward access without dismantling the complete build.
The atomiser section itself is manufactured from stainless steel for durability, with the combination of stainless steel and PCTG keeping the design robust while allowing the e-liquid level to remain visible.

The AMMO is designed around the standard Boro format and is intended for compatible Boro and Billet Box-style devices.
