You may cancel online orders within 14 days. Items must be unopened and in original condition. Unwanted orders must be returned at your cost.

E liquids, tanks, vape kits, coils and pods cannot be returned once opened (unless faulty).
Faulty Goods
If confirmed faulty, return postage up to three pounds is refunded.
Address or Delivery Issues
Parcels returned due to incorrect address or refusal incur carrier fees. Missing parcels can only be checked after ten working days.

The San Dynasty Pro Dual 16500 Battery Charger by Orca Vape provides a convenient way to charge, monitor and store two compatible 16500 rechargeable batteries. Designed for the battery format used by the San Dynasty Pro Pod Kit , it features two independent charging bays, separate percentage displays and a USB-C power connection.
Its compact enclosed design also doubles as a protective battery case, helping to keep spare batteries organised when they are not fitted inside your device. Pair the charger with compatible IMORE 16500 batteries to keep charged replacements ready for your San Dynasty Pro.

Dual-Bay 16500 Battery Charging
The Orca Vape charger can hold and charge two compatible 16500 rechargeable batteries at the same time.
Charging two cells together makes it easier to keep spare batteries ready for your San Dynasty Pro. When the battery inside your device runs low, you can replace it with a charged cell rather than waiting for the device to recharge.
Each charging bay operates independently, allowing batteries with different remaining charge levels to be monitored separately.

Individual Battery Percentage Displays
A dedicated digital percentage display is provided for each battery bay. This lets you check the charge level of both installed batteries at a glance instead of relying on a basic indicator light.
The separate displays are particularly useful when the batteries were inserted at different charge levels. Disconnect the charger from its power source and remove the batteries once charging is complete.
USB-C Charging Connection
The San Dynasty Pro Dual Charger is powered through a USB-C connection, making it easy to connect to a suitable USB power source.
Check the charger, cable and batteries for damage before every use. Do not use the charger if its housing, battery contacts or USB-C connection appear damaged.
Charging time can vary depending on the remaining battery capacity and the USB power source being used.
Protective 16500 Battery Storage
The enclosed charger also functions as a compact protective storage case for compatible 16500 cells.
This helps keep spare batteries organised and reduces the risk of their terminals contacting keys, coins or other metal objects. Lithium-ion batteries should never be carried loose inside a pocket or bag.
The charger must be disconnected from its power source before it is used solely for storage or transport.
San Dynasty Pro Battery Compatibility
This charger is designed for compatible rechargeable 16500 batteries, including the IMORE 16500 high-drain batteries used by the San Dynasty Pro Pod Kit.
It is not compatible with the original San Dynasty Pod Kit, which uses smaller 14500 batteries and requires its own dedicated San Dynasty 14500 battery charger .
Do not attempt to charge any of the following battery formats:
- 14500 batteries
- 18500 batteries
- 18650 batteries
- 20700 batteries
- 21700 batteries
- Disposable or non-rechargeable batteries
- Any battery that does not fit naturally into the charging bay
Never force a battery into the charger. Remove it and confirm the battery size if it does not fit easily.
How to Use the Orca Vape 16500 Charger
- Inspect each battery for damaged wraps, dents, leaks or other visible damage.
- Confirm that the batteries are compatible rechargeable 16500 cells.
- Open the charger and locate the positive and negative polarity markings.
- Insert each battery in the correct orientation.
- Never force a battery into either charging bay.
- Connect the charger to a suitable USB-C power source.
- Check the individual percentage displays while the batteries are charging.
- Disconnect the charger once charging is complete.
- Remove the batteries or leave them securely stored inside the disconnected charger.
16500 Battery-Charging Safety
Rechargeable lithium-ion batteries and chargers must be handled carefully. Read our vape battery safety guide before using removable vape batteries.

- Check the positive and negative polarity markings before inserting each cell
- Never force a battery into the charging bay
- Inspect battery wraps and terminal insulators before charging

- Place the charger on a stable, heat-resistant surface
- Keep the charger away from water, fire and excessive heat
- Do not cover the charger while it is operating
- Never leave charging batteries unattended
- Do not leave batteries charging overnight
- Disconnect the charger when charging is complete
- Keep the charger and batteries away from children and pets
- Do not use the charger if its housing, contacts or USB-C port are damaged
- Never carry loose batteries alongside metal objects
