Returns and Cancellations
You may cancel most online orders within 14 days. Items must be unopened and in original condition. Returns are sent at your cost.
Hygiene Rules
E liquids, tanks, vape kits, coils and pods cannot be returned once opened (unless faulty).
Faulty Goods
If confirmed faulty, return postage up to three pounds is refunded.
Address or Delivery Issues
Parcels returned due to incorrect address or refusal incur carrier fees. Missing parcels can only be checked after ten working days.

The Caliburn G4 Pro Koko works with Caliburn GPP cartridges, which are also compatible with G3 devices.
The 2000mAh cell is built for all-day use; actual runtime depends on wattage, coil and vaping frequency.
No U² anti-leak tech and the GPP design make top-ups quick and clean when used correctly.
Storm gives an instant hit, Waves smooths power delivery, and Custom lets you set a power curve (start/middle/end).
For MTL, use 50/50 or nic salts with 0.8–1.2 Ω pods for RDL, use 50/50 or light 60/40 with 0.4–0.6 Ω pods.
