You may cancel most online orders within 14 days. Items must be unopened and in original condition. Returns are sent at your cost.
Hygiene Rules
E liquids, tanks, vape kits, coils and pods cannot be returned once opened (unless faulty).
Faulty Goods
If confirmed faulty, return postage up to three pounds is refunded.
Address or Delivery Issues
Parcels returned due to incorrect address or refusal incur carrier fees. Missing parcels can only be checked after ten working days.

How to Refill
- Open the top-fill port and add e-liquid.
- Close firmly and let a new pod sit for 5–10 minutes to prime the coil.
- Attach the pod, adjust airflow and set your preferred wattage (10–30 W).

0.7Ω: tighter MTL → RDL, smooth and balanced.
0.4Ω : warmer, airier RDL with more vapour.
Overtime (5s), Short-Circuit, Low Battery, Overcharge, Over-Temperature, Output Over-Current & Anti-Reverse.
Prime for 5–10 minutes after first fill, avoid dry hits, and start at lower wattage before increasing.
Replace it when flavour drops, vapour feels muted, or you notice a burnt taste typically every 1–2 weeks of regular use. Sweeter e-liquids and higher wattages can shorten pod lifespan.
