Returns and Cancellations
You may cancel most online orders within 14 days. Items must be unopened and in original condition. Returns are sent at your cost.
Hygiene Rules
E liquids, tanks, vape kits, coils and pods cannot be returned once opened (unless faulty).
Faulty Goods
If confirmed faulty, return postage up to three pounds is refunded.
Address or Delivery Issues
Parcels returned due to incorrect address or refusal incur carrier fees. Missing parcels can only be checked after ten working days.

Pods & Coils
Leak-resistant VINCI E integrated cartridges
The upgraded VINCI E built-in mesh pods use golden-cotton wicking and a double-sealed structure to reduce leaks and keep e-liquid fresh. Included cartridges: 0.3Ω (recommended 18–20W) and 0.6Ω (recommended 14–18W). An optional 0.8Ω pod (recommended 10–14W) is available for a tighter MTL draw. Compatible with the PnP X Platform when used with the VINCI PnP X empty cartridge (sold separately).

Inside the compact chassis you’ll find a 3000mAh battery, 5–80W adjustable output, 1.47" colour TFT, and USB-C 5V/2A fast charging. The VINCI E integrated mesh pods hold 2ml of e-liquid (TPD-compliant) and are available in 0.3Ω (18–20W), 0.6Ω (14–18W) and 0.8Ω (10–14W). With the PnP X Platform and adjustable airflow, you can tailor flavour and vapour from MTL to DTL with ease.
