Returns Policy
Returns and Cancellations
You may cancel most online orders within 14 days. Items must be unopened and in original condition. Returns are sent at your cost.
Hygiene Rules
E liquids, tanks, vape kits, coils and pods cannot be returned once opened (unless faulty).
Faulty Goods
If confirmed faulty, return postage up to three pounds is refunded.
Address or Delivery Issues
Parcels returned due to incorrect address or refusal incur carrier fees. Missing parcels can only be checked after ten working days.

For a deeper understanding of battery health, the charger includes a mAh readout feature, which displays the amount of charge added to a cell. Although this readout does not account for the remaining charge in partially filled cells, it provides valuable data if used with fully depleted batteries, giving you an accurate insight into cell condition.
