Returns and Cancellations
You may cancel most online orders within 14 days. Items must be unopened and in original condition. Returns are sent at your cost.
Hygiene Rules
E liquids, tanks, vape kits, coils and pods cannot be returned once opened (unless faulty).
Faulty Goods
If confirmed faulty, return postage up to three pounds is refunded.
Address or Delivery Issues
Parcels returned due to incorrect address or refusal incur carrier fees. Missing parcels can only be checked after ten working days.

Who Is It For?
Ideal for beginners and style-seekers who want a simple, reliable pod device with standout visuals. Great for smooth MTL with 0.8Ω/1.0Ω pods and a looser RDL draw with 0.6Ω.
Note For best results use 50/50 e-liquids in 0.8Ω/1.0Ω pods; the 0.6Ω pod can handle slightly thicker blends. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Lost Vape Galaxy S360 Pod Vape Kit FAQ
It uses URSA Cartridge V3 top-fill pods in 0.6Ω, 0.8Ω or 1.0Ω.
Lift the top-fill seal, add e-liquid, then wait 5–10 minutes on a new pod so the coil saturates fully.
The S360 automatically adjusts up to 35W based on the pod’s resistance for consistent flavour.
Any quality 5V/1–2A USB-C charger is suitable do not exceed the recommended rating.
Yes use the side airflow slider to fine-tune from tight MTL to a looser RDL pull.
