You may cancel most online orders within 14 days. Items must be unopened and in original condition. Returns are sent at your cost.
Hygiene Rules
E liquids, tanks, vape kits, coils and pods cannot be returned once opened (unless faulty).
Faulty Goods
If confirmed faulty, return postage up to three pounds is refunded.
Address or Delivery Issues
Parcels returned due to incorrect address or refusal incur carrier fees. Missing parcels can only be checked after ten working days.

Almost uniquely the Centaurus N200 comes with a physical power on/off button. Most box mods use the famous five clicks of the power button to do this but the Centaurus N200 has a slide switch to power up and down.
